Our beverage selection offers both locally produced products and high-quality drinks from the old and new world. It is a pleasure to work with everything from small microbreweries to recognized wine and cider houses in combination with our cooking. We also have a solid range of non-alcoholic drinks – all so that you, as a guest, are offered a good drink option in your experience.

We sometimes invite these producers for lovely dinner nights where the drink gets to play the main role, which are events not to be missed!

On Delamotte’s family coat of arms you can read “Vive et me ama” which means “Live and love me”. The wine house located on the other side of the hedge of the legendary Salon estate. The grape we don’t enjoy often enough! Dry, medium-bodied, tasty and slightly aromatic. The taste is fine-tuned with notes of quince, white flowers, acacia honey, grapefruit and roasted apple. It is nicely balanced by the elegant fruit acidity. Aged on its lees 6-8 months for increased nuanced notes with some sweetness.

BOURGOGNE

La Chablisienne  1er Cru Grande Cuveé  2016 665/bottle
Chablisienne’s chief winemaker is Vincent Bartement and is responsible for winemaking at one of the world’s largest cooperatives. The wine has elements of green apples, lime, seashells and minerals. The wine is stored for a total of 12 months on the lees, both in tank and in French oak barrels.

Joseph Drouhin Meursault 2012 1145/bottle
Probably the world’s best white wine in the eyes of many. So well done in balance with fruit, barrel and acid. Biodynamic producer J. Drouhin is highly regarded and creates with millimeter precision his Mersault as the world wants it. The grapes are picked by hand and then pressed slowly. The juice from the last pressing is not used in the wine and fermentation takes place without added yeast. The wine is stored for one year in barrels, of which 25% in new barrels.

West of Mersault is Saint Romain. A dry full-bodied chardonnay is produced here. Sun-ripened yellow fruit with balanced butteriness from aging in oak barrels.

The taste is fresh with fruity and mineral notes that give a long aftertaste. The grapes are picked by hand and then pressed slowly. The juice from the last pressing is not used in the wine.

Gaba do xil Godello 2017 660/bottle
Telmo Rodriguez. The Rioja producer’s project in Valdeorras Galicia. The wine from the Godello grape on the Xil River has an intense aroma with hints of apples, tropical fruit, minerals and herbs. The taste is slightly aromatic but dry and with hints of mango and apples.

90% Viura and 10% Malvasí .Baigorris vita is not just any white wine! Concentrated, vanilla fluffy fruit with fresh fruit acidity creates a wine with both opulence and class. The blend of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto creates “Pinin” which has lovely aromas of red berries, cherries, spices and roses. The taste is elegant and contains dark and red berries, plums, sage and roses. Storage takes place in cement tanks and Slovak oak.

Borgogno Langhe Nebbiolo 2016  855/bottle
Giacomo’s well-made Nebbiolo offers aromas with hints of cherry, sage, plum and roses. Spicy, flavorful wine with hints of cherry, chocolate and sage. Aged in oak barrels for 10 months.

Borgogno “NO NAME” 2013/2014  1280/bottle
The wine that was born as a Barolo, but which in protest against the consortium’s assessment of Barolo as not typical of the style was given the name “NO NAME”. The wine smells lovely of cherries, rose hips, roses and chocolate. The taste is classically tight with notes of dark cherries, barrels, sage, roses and tobacco.

Fruit-driven with a little spicy herbiness and good freshness. Hints of blueberry, blackcurrant, leather and barrel.
After completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 16-18 months in French barrels of 225 liters, of which 80% are new.

85% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo, Merlot and Colorino.
Spicy and powerful with hints of dark cherries, licorice, orange zest.
