The rules for cancellations don&#8217;t have to be complicated, but there are variations and differences. If the reason for the cancellation is illness, we can require a certificate from a doctor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">Regular price- Not long weekends<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">When booking 1-2 guest rooms, this price\/package can be canceled no later than 15.00 the day before arrival. No-show without cancellation or cancellation later than 15.00 means that full payment is charged for the first night&#8217;s stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">When booking 3 or more guest rooms, this price\/package can be canceled no later than 15.00 three days before the day of arrival. Non-arrival without cancellation or cancellation later than 15:00 three days before the day of arrival results in full payment being charged for the first night&#8217;s stay. A guest room can be canceled no later than 15.00 the day before arrival with a full refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">Long weekends, Midsummer, Christmas, New Year&#8217;s Eve<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">During long weekends, advanced paymenat applies to all our packages. In case of cancellation no later than 4 weeks before arrival, you will get back the entire pre-paid booking cost. In case of cancellation later than 4 weeks before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking cost. If the cancellation takes place later than 2 weeks before arrival, you will be charged 75% of the booking cost.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">\u00a0Sker avbokningen senare \u00e4n 2 veckor innan ankomst debiteras Ni 75% av bokningskostnaden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">Cancellation during long weekends must be in writing.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">An administration fee of SEK 250 is always charged upon cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">Wedding&#8217;s or Private parties:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">For weddings and larger events, advance payment applies. Can be canceled according to agreement and the cancellation rules you received when ordering. Otherwise, the following applies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">In case of cancellation no later than 4 weeks before arrival, you will get back the entire pre-paid booking cost. In case of cancellation later than 4 weeks before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking cost. Cancellation later applies to full payment. Your home insurance applies in most cases if you get sick and have to cancel later than 7 days before arrival. Contact your insurance company for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">Vasalopp-package:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">Cancellation of starting place for the Vasaloppet must be canceled with Vasaloppet, booked transfer and number slip collection must be canceled at the hotel if you ordered these services in connection with your booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">Flowers:<\/span><br \/>Cancellation of flowers must take place at least 3 days before arrival, no later than 3:00 p.m., no cancellation or cancellation later than 15.00 3 days before arrival means that full payment is charged for the flower bouquet.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia-bold;\">For booking single days and not packages during long weekends, the following applies:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia-regular;\">When booking 1-2 guest rooms, this price\/package can be canceled 2 days before arrival.
