Luggage storage
We can take care of your luggage at the front desk, but we are not responsible for valuables.

Smoking
The entire hotel and outdoor seating area is smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside at assigned areas.
A sanitation fee of 5 000 SEK is charged if smoking is detected were prohibited.

Cleaning/ towels
We clean the rooms daily, change the sheets every 4th night and towels as often as requested (if you would like to re-use the towels please hang them up). Please let us know if you would like to use our services less frequent, to help save the environment.

Pets
Pets are permitted in some of the hotel rooms and facilities. Additional costs för your pet are 250:- kr per night. Please contact the reception for detailed information. Dogs are only permitted in the lobby or on the terras (summertime)

MINIBAR

Would You like a snack or a drink? The minibar is refilled daily by our staff. If you are missing anything, please contact the reception. Indicate at checkout what items you have consumed from the minibar

Snooker

Snooker table is located down the stairs from the salons.
You may borrow balls from the reception.

BIG screen TV

In the pub on the lower level you will find a big screen TV were you for example will be able to watch the european schlager festival or sport events. Let the front desk know that you want to use the big screen TV and what you want to watch.

Games
You find the parlor games in the salons and the lower level.

Toys 
There are toys to borrow. Ask the front desk and they will assist you.

Sauna & Relax

Our sauna with a view of lake Siljan can be booked at the front desk. The sauna can be booked for private use. Book at least 45 minutes before use. Towels are available at the sauna.
Costs 300:- per 1,5 hour (max. 4 persons)

 

PARKING / TRANSPORT 

Parking; We offer free parking subject to space (cannot be booked). Charging posts for electric cars are available in the hotel’s car park.
We charge SEK 4/Kw and you can collect the tag at the reception.

Taxi; There are unfortunately not many taxis in the area. It is best to book in advance. Contact either

Municipal; Buses to Leksand and Rättvik leave from the stop at the crossing next to the May Pole. Trains to Mora, Borlänge and Stockholm leave from the train station.
